Locum Tenens Physician Assistant - Emergency Medicine Needed in Maryland

Our client in Maryland is seeking a dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant for a 60-day assignment. This role involves providing comprehensive emergency medical care through 8-10 hour shifts, with a typical commitment of 7-14 shifts per month. The Physician Assistant will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients in an emergency department setting.

Additional Information

• Board Certifications: Emergency Medicine or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (ACNP-BC)
• Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• EMR: Meditech EHR
• Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only)
• Call Schedule: No Call
• Patients per day: 2-3 patients per hour
• LOA: 60 Days
• Staffing Mix: Doc coverage 24 hours
