Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician for a 90-day assignment in Georgia, commencing Aug 3, 2026. This role involves providing critical emergency medical care across various shift durations, including 8, 10, and 12-hour schedules, specifically covering 11-hour physician shifts and 10-hour mid-level coverage shifts to ensure comprehensive patient treatment within an emergency department.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide high-quality emergency medical care for patients presenting with diverse conditions.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, accurate diagnoses, and implement appropriate treatment plans.
• Manage patient cases across various shift structures, including 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts.
• Cover specific physician shifts lasting 11 hours (6a-5p, 11a-10p, 7p-6a).
• Oversee 10-hour mid-level coverage shifts (8a-6p, 1p-11p, 4p-2a) for comprehensive departmental support.
• Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
