Locum Tenens Physician - Emergency Medicine Needed in Missouri

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Medicine Physician for an upcoming, ongoing 90-day assignment in Missouri. The role involves managing a wide range of emergency cases including lumbar punctures, arterial lines, fracture and splinting, and laceration repair. The schedule will consist of variable shifts, specifically 7a-7p, 10a-10p, and 7p-7a, with weekend requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform anesthesia procedures
• Participate in catheterization lab activities
• Provide general surgery support
• Utilize laboratory services effectively
• Respond to OR needs promptly
• Perform lumbar punctures
• Manage arterial lines
• Treat fractures and perform splinting
• Perform laceration repair

• Required Board Certifications: Emergency Medicine
• Other Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
