Locum Tenens Dentist - CT Needed in Connecticut

Our client in CT is seeking a skilled Endodontist for a 125-day assignment. This role involves seeing specialty endodontic cases only, typically handling 4-5 procedures and consultations per day across 2-3 chairs. While full-time availability is preferred, the client is open to considering all availability for an 8 AM to 5 PM shift, ensuring comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform Root Canal Therapy (Anterior, Premolar & Molar)
• Conduct Non-Surgical Endodontic Retreatment
• Execute Apical Surgery / Apicoectomy
• Diagnose and treat Cracked & Fractured Teeth
• Manage Dental Trauma – Avulsed, Dislodged & Fractured Teeth
• Provide Emergency Endodontic Treatment / Pain Management
• Perform Pulpotomy & Pulpectomy
• Conduct Endodontic Diagnosis & Treatment Planning
• Interpret CBCT Imaging
• Treat Internal & External Root Resorption
• Perform Regenerative Endodontic Procedures
• Execute Internal Tooth Bleaching
• Repair Perforations
• Manage Calcified Canals & Separated Instruments

• Board Certifications: Endodontics
• EMR: Dentrix
• Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only)
• Patients per day: 4-5 procedures/day, plus consultations
• LOA: 125 Days
• Staffing Mix: The support staff for endodontics at this location has been moved to other locations due to no provider. The client will provide whichever staff the dentist may need.
