Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Family Practice Needed in California

Our client in California is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day assignment. This role involves Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM shifts, providing float coverage across multiple outpatient clinics in the region. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive primary care services, manage a busy patient load of 24-30 patients per day, and support a diverse patient population, including those requiring Spanish language assistance.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Manage a patient panel with a high percentage of Medical/Medicaid coverage.
• Care for a diverse patient population, including those requiring Spanish language support, utilizing available translation services and support staff.
• Maintain efficiency and high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Perform duties within the scope of core primary care privileges.
