Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Family Practice Needed in Hawaii

Our client in Hawaii is actively seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day assignment. This role involves a schedule of clinic and call from Wednesday to Saturday, with 24-hour call on Sunday, and no call required on Mondays and Tuesdays. The practitioner will manage a variety of duties including routine exams, acute care, chronic disease management, minor procedures such as stitches, addressing skin issues, administering breathing treatments, stabilizing and transporting patients to the nearest ER, and managing medication dispensary.

• Work Setting: Clinic and Call
• Call Schedule: Out of house call, includes Wednesday - Saturday clinic and call, Sunday 24-hour call, with no call on Monday and Tuesday. Expect to be on call Christmas Eve and Day, with New Year's Eve and Day off.
• Patients per day: 16-18
• LOA: 60 days
• Staffing Mix: Support staff includes seasoned MAs and RNs, and one other provider (FNP or MD).
