Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 120-day assignment with our client in Oregon, commencing Sep 14, 2026. This role involves a consistent 8a-5p schedule, focusing on general bread & butter family primary care, including new patients, with a patient demographic that skews older and more complex.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population.
  • Manage general family practice cases, including those that skew older and more complex.
  • Be willing to see and manage new patients.
  • Adhere to an 8a-5p shift schedule.


Additional Information

  • Board Certification in Family Medicine is required.
  • Will be utilizing the Epic EMR system.
