Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for an engaging 208-day assignment in Oregon, commencing Aug 27, 2026. This role involves comprehensive primary care, women's health, and essential family practice procedures. The preferred schedule is four 10-hour shifts, with clinic hours Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • EMR System: Epic
  • Shift Schedule: 4/10s preferred, with some flexibility within FTE. Clinic hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
