We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 120-day assignment in Oregon, commencing Sep 28, 2026. This role involves a 40-hour work week, focusing on comprehensive primary care cases, including the management of cold, cough, flu, hypertension, diabetes, and COPD, with an emphasis on chronic case management for patients with comorbidities.

Responsibilities and Duties
