Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Family Practice Needed in Wisconsin

Our client in Wisconsin is actively seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 1-day assignment. This role involves a Monday shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, focusing on comprehensive primary and urgent care. The Nurse Practitioner will provide essential services, including general check-ups, physicals, and women's health, to employees of the Menasha School District and their dependents.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including routine check-ups and physicals.
• Manage urgent care needs for patients.
• Deliver women's health services.
• Care for employees of the Menasha School District and their dependents.

Additional Information

• Required Board Certifications: Family Medicine
• EMR: Athenahealth
• Other Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only)
• Call Schedule: No Call
• Patients Per Day: Approximately 20
• LOA: 1 Day
• Staffing Mix: 1 NP, 1 RN, 1 MA. The provider must be comfortable with potentially being the sole provider.
