Our client in North Carolina is seeking a skilled Family Practice Physician Assistant for a 12-day assignment. The schedule includes Thursdays and Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM with a one-hour lunch break. This role involves providing general primary care, managing workers compensation and DOT certification cases, and handling various acute and chronic conditions, including the ability to perform sutures.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide general primary care for an onsite factory health clinic
Manage Department of Transportation (DOT) certification and workers compensation cases
Address acute and chronic conditions such as coughs, flus, hypertension, and diabetes
Conduct physical examinations
Perform sutures as needed
