Job Description

Our client is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician for a 364-day assignment in Arizona, commencing Aug 17, 2026. This vital role focuses on providing comprehensive medical care, including formulating diagnoses, developing treatment plans, evaluating patients, and managing medical emergencies during shifts from 6a-4:30p. The physician will see typical urgent care and family practice cases, including basic procedures and some geriatrics/inpatient needs.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide direct and indirect medical care to meet the healthcare needs of the patients within the facility
  • Formulate a working diagnosis, develop and implement a treatment plan, and evaluate/modify therapeutic regimens
  • Evaluate patients who have returned from off-site treatment
  • Respond to and initiate care for medical emergencies throughout the facility
  • Coordinate, lead and participate in educational and training activities related to medical care for patients

  • Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

  • Typical urgent care and family practice cases, including common ailments, minor procedures like suturing and I&Ds. The site also serves geriatrics and has an inpatient unit.
