Locum Tenens Physician - Family Practice Needed in Michigan

Our client in Michigan is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician for a 120-day assignment. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, 8a - 4:30p. The successful candidate will manage basic family practice cases across all ages, including complex and chronic conditions, and should be proficient in injections, I&D, biopsies, and toenail removals.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive basic family practice care for patients of all ages.
• Manage complex and chronic cases effectively.
• Perform injections, incision and drainage (I&D) procedures.
• Conduct biopsies and toenail removals.

• Board Certification: Family Medicine
• EMR: Intergy
• Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only)
• Call Schedule: No Call
• Patient Volume: 14-16 patients per day
• LOA: 120 Days
• Staffing Mix: 2 Nurse Practitioners and 1 MD (CMO)
