Locum Tenens Physician - Family Practice Needed in OR

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician for a 90-day assignment with our client in Oregon, beginning Oct 1, 2026. This role involves providing comprehensive primary care during daytime shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat a diverse patient population, focusing on preventative care and managing chronic conditions within a supportive clinical environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
• Perform routine physical examinations and preventative health screenings.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Family Medicine is required.
• The facility utilizes Epic EMR system.
• Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
