Locum Tenens Physician - Family Practice Needed in WI

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician for a 3-day locum tenens assignment in Wisconsin, starting Aug 17, 2026. Our client requires coverage for specific shifts, primarily 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, involving comprehensive primary care duties including general outpatient care for employees and their families, women's health, and conducting history and physicals within a private employer-based clinic setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide bread and butter outpatient primary care for employees, spouses, and dependents.
• Conduct history and physical examinations.
• Offer women's health services.
• Manage non-acute walk-in patients on a scheduled same-day visit basis.
• Perform onsite dispensing of non-controlled medications.
• Collaborate with RN/MA for vaccine administration.
• Manage lab orders, including in-house draws and external sends to Quest.
• Conduct patient appointments lasting 30 minutes to one hour.
