We are seeking a skilled Physician specializing in Gastroenterology for an 80-day assignment in California. The client has an ongoing need for a minimum of 10-14 shifts per month, with potential for up to three weeks monthly. The schedule encompasses Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, involving a mix of clinic, inpatient care, and call responsibilities, along with overnight and 24-hour weekend call. Duties include comprehensive 24-hour call coverage for general GI cases, procedures, and consultations, daily inpatient rounds, scheduled clinic patients, and performing procedures in the lab.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide 24-hour call coverage for general GI cases, procedures, and consultations.
Conduct inpatient rounds each morning.
Manage scheduled clinic patients and perform procedures in the lab.
Participate in Monday-Friday 8am-5pm shifts, blending clinic, inpatient, and call responsibilities.
Handle overnight and 24-hour weekend call duties.
