Locum Tenens Physician - General Diagnostic Radiology Needed in MI

Job Description

We are seeking a General Diagnostic Radiology Physician for a 120-day assignment in Michigan, starting Sep 1, 2026. This role involves remote ED coverage from 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM EST, focusing on reading a high volume of mixed radiology cases and providing essential resident teaching to 2-3 residents overnight.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide remote ED radiology coverage from 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM EST.
• Interpret an average of 80-130 mixed ED radiology cases per 8-hour shift.
• Participate in resident teaching, overseeing 2-3 residents overnight.

Additional Information

• Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology required.
• Experience with Cerner EMR.
• Case logs required with bid submission.
• Clean malpractice history required.
• NPDB report pulled within the last 30 days required at time of bid.
