Locum Tenens Physician - General Surgeon Needed in Idaho

Our client in Idaho is seeking a dedicated Physician - General Surgeon for a 28-day assignment. This role involves a unique 2-weeks-on, 2-weeks-off, 2-weeks-on schedule, blending clinic days with surgery, scopes, and weekend call. The selected candidate will manage general surgery, light trauma, and perform upper/lower endoscopy procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform general surgery procedures
• Handle light trauma cases
• Conduct upper and lower endoscopy
• Manage a mixed schedule including clinic, surgery, scopes, and on-call duties

Additional Information

• Required Board Certifications: Surgery
• Setting: Inpatient
• On call schedule: Saturday and Sunday
• Patient volume: Approximately 3 cases on surgery days, up to 8 scopes
• LOA: 28 Days
