Our client in Florida is seeking a dedicated Physician specializing in Geriatrics for a 100-day assignment starting Aug 10, 2026. This role involves a Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM schedule, focusing on comprehensive patient care, precise coding, and charting. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy and organized, bringing experience in geriatrics and preventative medicine, with the primary goal of keeping the patient panel out of the hospital.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Care for patients with a focus on comprehensive geriatric care.
• Ensure accurate coding and charting for all patient interactions.
• Apply strong tech-savviness and organizational skills in daily practice.
• Utilize extensive experience in geriatrics and preventative medicine.
• Work proactively to keep the assigned patient panel out of the hospital.
• Manage a diverse patient panel, primarily aiming for in-house care and hospital avoidance.
• Handle standard geriatric cases, broken down into high-risk (15-20%), emerging risk (10-20%), and low-risk (70-80%).
