Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Gynecological Oncology Needed in Connecticut

Our client in Connecticut is seeking a skilled Gynecological Oncology Nurse Practitioner for a 100-day assignment. This role involves four 10-hour shifts from 8a-6p, providing comprehensive pre-operative, post-operative, and follow-up care, managing chemotherapy reactions, and performing routine in-office gynecological procedures for high acuity malignant cases, with a patient volume of 30-60 per day.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Pre-operative care
• Post-operative care
• Follow-up appointments
• Managing chemo reactions in the infusion center
• Performing in-office procedures for routine gynecology
• Providing well-rounded care in gynecological oncology procedures
• Caring for 99.99% malignant cases
• Utilizing preferred knowledge in chemotherapy
• Managing high acuity patients
• No operating room time required

• Work Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only)
