Locum Tenens Physician Assistant - Gynecological Oncology Needed in Connecticut

We are seeking a Gynecological Oncology Physician Assistant for a 100-day assignment in Connecticut. The schedule involves four 10-hour days per week, typically from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This role focuses on comprehensive patient care, including pre-operative, post-operative, and follow-up care, managing chemotherapy reactions, and performing routine gynecological office procedures for a high acuity, predominantly malignant case population.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care
• Conduct patient follow-up appointments
• Manage chemotherapy reactions within the infusion center
• Perform in-office procedures, including routine gynecological care
• Demonstrate proficiency in well-rounded gynecological oncology procedures
• Care for patients with a high acuity, predominantly malignant case load
• Experience with chemotherapy preferred
• No operating room time is required for this role

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
