Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Hospitalist Needed in Washington D.C.

We are seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day assignment with our client in DC. This role involves managing inpatient care with a schedule of 7-14 shifts per month, primarily 7p-7a, within a collaborative staffing model.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive inpatient hospitalist care.
• Manage a patient census with an average of 51 patients and 8 admissions.
• Work within a Level III Trauma Center environment.
• Collaborate effectively with a healthcare team consisting of physicians and other advanced practice providers.
• Perform duties aligned with a 7p-7a shift, contributing to night coverage.

• Required Board Certifications: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (ACNP-BC)
