Job Description

Our client in California is seeking an Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a 120-day assignment starting Jul 20, 2026. This role involves managing a daily patient load of 15-20 individuals with shifts scheduled from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care within an established team of specialists.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage a daily patient load of 15-20 individuals.
• Refer patients to an internal team of specialists for specific complications.
• Provide physicals and health assessments.
• Address cold, flu, and suspected COVID-19 symptoms.
• Treat sore throats, coughs, and earaches.
• Manage nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.
• Evaluate back pain and minor sprains.
• Diagnose and treat urinary tract infections (UTIs).

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine is required.
• Experience with Elevate EMR system.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese to work with a Chinese patient population.
