Locum Tenens Physician - Internal Medicine Needed in Oregon

We are seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician for a 120-day assignment in Oregon. The successful candidate will work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, providing comprehensive internal medicine care to a diverse outpatient clinic patient panel. This role involves managing patient visits and administrative tasks within a 40-hour work week.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive internal medicine care.
• Manage a diverse caseload of internal medicine patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Conduct patient visits and complete associated administrative tasks.

Additional Information

• Required Board Certifications: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• EMR: Epic
• Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Controlled Substances Registration (CSR), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Setting: Outpatient clinic only
• Patients per day: Minimum of 2 visits per patient contact hour, with 36 patient contact hours per week and 4 hours for charting/administration.
• LOA: 120 Days
• Staffing Mix: One MA per physician, supported by an RN care manager, social worker, LCSW, pharmacist, and rad tech/phlebotomy services.
