Locum Tenens Physician - Interventional Cardiologist Needed in California

We are seeking an experienced Interventional Cardiologist Physician to join our client in California for an 84-day assignment. This crucial role involves 24-hour call coverage, encompassing general cardiology hospital call and STEMI call. You will consult and treat all STEMI patients, performing diagnostic and interventional procedures including intra-aortic balloon pump and impella placement, alongside conducting cardiac diagnostics such as echo, TEE, stress, and nuclear testing.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Respond to 24-hour general cardiology hospital call and STEMI call.
• Consult and treat all STEMI patients effectively.
• Perform all necessary diagnostic and interventional procedures, including the placement of intra-aortic balloon pump and impella.
• Conduct comprehensive cardiac diagnostics, including echo, TEE, stress, and nuclear testing.
