Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology Needed in Pennsylvania

We are seeking a Neonatology Nurse Practitioner for a 20-day assignment in Pennsylvania. The selected provider will work 24-hour shifts from 8a-8a, overseeing the daily care of neonates in a NICU. This role involves providing care for babies born both within and outside the NICU, in close collaboration with physicians, and performing critical procedures such as UVC/UAC lines, chest tubes, lumbar punctures, and intubations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee the daily care of neonates as a primary provider in a NICU.
• Provide comprehensive care for babies born both in and outside the NICU.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, maintaining primary oversight of patient care.
• Perform essential procedures including UVC/UAC lines, chest tubes, lumbar punctures, and intubations.
• Adhere to facility protocols for orientation, including Epic setup and shadowing an experienced APP.
