Locum Tenens Physician - Neonatologist Needed in Pennsylvania

We are seeking a dedicated Neonatologist to join our client's team in PA for a 120-day assignment. The role involves a schedule of 10 shifts per month with 24-hour call, providing comprehensive care in a NICU. Key duties include leading daily rounds, managing NICU patients, reviewing lab results, collaborating with families, developing policies, and responding to emergencies in the NICU and Newborn Nursery, including high-risk deliveries.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead daily rounds and provide comprehensive management of NICU patients, including respiratory, nutritional, hematologic, and infectious conditions.
• Review laboratory results and collaborate closely with families on care plans.
• Participate in the development and ongoing maintenance of NICU policies and procedures.
• Respond to emergencies in the NICU and Newborn Nursery and attend high-risk deliveries.
• Oversee all infants admitted to the newborn nursery.
