Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Neurocritical Care Needed in North Carolina

We are seeking a Neurocritical Care Nurse Practitioner for a 91-day assignment in North Carolina, starting Jan 1, 2027. This role involves managing neuroscience ICU patients and performing advanced ICU-level procedures, with a schedule of varying 12-hour shifts including 7 on 7 off rotations. The successful candidate will join a comprehensive neurosciences team at a Level 1 trauma facility, contributing to 24/7 coverage for critical care needs.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage neuroscience ICU patients, providing comprehensive ICU-level care.
• Perform advanced procedures including Arterial Lines, Central Lines, Lumbar Punctures, and Vent Management.
• Collaborate with an established clinical neuroscience team, featuring numerous neurosurgeons, neurologists, neurointensivists, and advanced practice providers.
• Contribute to 24/7 coverage as part of a dedicated NSICU team at a Level 1 trauma facility.
