Locum Tenens Physician - Neurologist Needed in PA

Job Description

Our client in Pennsylvania is actively seeking a highly skilled Neurologist for a 60-day locum tenens assignment, commencing Sep 7, 2026. This role involves a consistent schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including an hour for lunch. As a key member of the team, you will manage approximately 25 patients daily, with a significant emphasis on initial consultation visits.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage approximately 25 patients per day
• Conduct numerous first consultation visits
• Handle a patient panel primarily consisting of active patients with follow-up visits every 4-5 weeks
• Manage cases involving work accidents, with some potentially leading to depositions
• Perform infrequent independent medical evaluations (IMEs), though not a mandatory component
• Conduct daily in-person consultations to evaluate injuries and determine appropriate treatment plans for 3-5 patients
