Job Description

Our client in California is seeking an Obstetrics/Gynecology Nurse Practitioner for a 75-day assignment, commencing Oct 19, 2026. This role involves seeing a variety of general GYN and OB cases, focusing on comprehensive well-woman care, prenatal management, and chronic illness care. The schedule typically runs from 8a-530p, with duties including procedures such as EMBs, cysts, vulvar biopsies, and managing abnormal bleeding, ensuring a broad scope of practice.

Responsibilities and Duties

• See general standard GYN and OB cases.
• Provide comprehensive well-woman care, annual evaluations, and health screenings.
• Deliver preventative care, fertility and family planning services.
• Manage prenatal care, chronic illnesses, and various diseases.
• Perform EMBs, treat cysts, and conduct vulvar biopsies.
• Perform dating ultrasounds and assess for ASI.
• Manage menopausal patients and cases involving abnormal bleeding.
