Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Physician - Obstetrics/Gynecology for a 40-day assignment in Arizona, beginning Sep 1, 2026. This role involves comprehensive outpatient OBGYN clinic duties, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The successful candidate will manage a diverse patient population, including both low and high-risk pregnancies, perform various deliveries, and conduct a range of office-based and surgical gynecological procedures.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage low risk pregnancies (patients with pre-existing problems, history of twins, history of toxemia, pyelonephritis, hyperemesis, etc)
  • Manage high risk pregnancies (patients with toxemia, diabetes, Class II or higher cardiacs, chronic lung problems, chronic renal disease, etc)
  • Perform FHR Interpretation - NST/CST/FSE
  • Conduct Level 1/screening (viability)
  • Perform Routine delivery - vaginal, low forceps, decision making for c-section
  • Manage complicated delivery - c section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, etc
  • Perform VBAC's
  • Repair 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
  • Conduct office/minor gynecology - IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc
  • Perform Surgical gynecology
  • Possess laser certification
