Locum Tenens Physician - OB/GYN Needed in KY

Job Description

Our client in Kentucky is seeking an Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a 16-day assignment starting Oct 9, 2026. This role involves weekend coverage from Friday morning to Monday morning, with 24-hour shifts for out-of-house call with a fairly high callback rate. You will be responsible for typical deliveries, C-sections, GYN cases, NSTs, patient consults, rounding, and daily follow-ups in a high-delivery volume facility with a NICU.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide 24-hour out-of-house weekend call coverage with high callback expectations.
• Perform typical deliveries and C-sections.
• Manage GYN cases and provide consults.
• Conduct Non-Stress Tests (NSTs).
• Complete patient consults, daily rounding, and follow-ups.
• Work within a high-delivery volume environment, including a NICU.

Additional Information

• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required.
• The EMR system in use is Epic.
