Locum Tenens Physician - OB/GYN Needed in Texas

We are seeking an experienced Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician for a 35-day assignment in Texas. The schedule is varied, covering multiple periods from November to February with both day and night shifts. This role involves providing backup call to the laborist, focusing on existing practice patients, and managing a comprehensive range of OB/GYN cases, including high-risk pregnancies, routine deliveries, and various office procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Backup call to the laborist for patients within the practice
• Management of low-risk pregnancy cases
• Management of high-risk pregnancy cases
• FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE
• Performance and interpretation of OB Ultrasounds - Level I/Screening (viability)
• Routine delivery procedures
• Low forceps delivery
• Decision-making for c-section
• Office and minor gynecology procedures including IUD insertion, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, and LEEP
