Locum Tenens Physician - Occupational Medicine Needed in Kentucky

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Medicine Physician for a 4-day assignment in Kentucky. The schedule involves working from 6:00am to 4:00pm on specific dates. This role focuses on performing approximately 30 HAZMAT exams daily, including respiratory clearances, EKG evaluations at the provider's discretion, blood and urine collection, audiograms, and vision screenings.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform approximately 30 HAZMAT exams daily.
• Conduct respiratory clearance and EKG evaluations as clinically indicated.
• Oversee blood and urine collection for diagnostic purposes.
• Administer audiogram and vision screenings.
• Complete basic, respiratory, and HAZMAT physicals.
• Review Health History Questionnaires and OSHA Questionnaires for relevant physicals.
• Order and interpret bloodwork, including CBC, CMP, and Lipid Panel.
• Conduct Fit Testing and Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs).
• Perform UA dips, near, far, peripheral, and color vision assessments, audiograms, and X-ray interpretations (1v).
