Locum Tenens Physician - Occupational Medicine Needed in OH

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Medicine Physician for a 4-day assignment in Ohio, commencing on Sep 15, 2026. This role involves a daily schedule focused on providing comprehensive respiratory and coke oven emissions (COE) exams, including pulmonary function tests, vitals, physicals, mask fit tests, and various diagnostic procedures for a high volume of personnel.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform comprehensive OSHA questionnaire reviews and health history questionnaire analyses.
• Conduct pulmonary function tests, vital sign assessments, and physical examinations.
• Administer mask fit tests.
• Execute Coke Emissions Exams, encompassing vision screenings, EKGs, potential X-rays, urinalysis, urine cytology, and blood draws for CBC, CMP, Lipid panels, and T-Spot tests.
• Review questionnaires and test results that are provided on-site.
• Manage a daily patient volume of 25-30 personnel, focusing on focused examinations rather than full-body exams.
• Perform respiratory and COE exams, including audios, fit tests, blood draws (CMP & CBC), and X-rays as required.
