Locum Tenens Dentist - WI Needed in Wisconsin

We are seeking an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Dentist for an 84-day assignment in Wisconsin. This flexible position involves working 4 days/week every other week, with potential for adjustments to daily hours (Monday-Saturday). The role requires a solo provider to manage comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgical cases, including extractions with sedation, implants, and consultations, with a long-term need until the practice transitions.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Serve as the solo provider for the practice, managing all aspects of patient care.
• Perform extractions with sedation, including wisdom teeth removal.
• Conduct consultations related to oral and maxillofacial surgery.
• Execute exposure and bonding of teeth procedures.
• Perform dental implant placements.
• Manage a morning schedule of approximately four staggered sedation cases, potentially including follow-up appointments.
• Oversee afternoon appointments primarily focused on local anesthesia procedures and consultations, supported by a dedicated team.

• Staffing Mix: 3 Dental Assistants per sedation case; 2 Dental Assistants for afternoon consults, with one transitioning to treatment coordinator.
