Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Maryland, commencing Aug 31, 2026. This pivotal role within a new practice location involves performing a comprehensive range of oral surgery cases, including extractions, bone grafts, and implant placements, with day shifts typically starting between 7 AM and 8 AM. Our client offers significant potential for a professional to contribute to and grow with their expanding practice.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform a wide range of oral surgery procedures, including extractions, bone grafts, sinus lifts, wisdom teeth removal, implant placements, and All-on-4 procedures.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of a new practice location, with potential for long-term engagement or partnership opportunities.
  • Utilize and contribute to a facility currently equipped with six surgical suites, with the ability to expand to three additional suites.
  • Work day shifts typically commencing between 7 AM and 8 AM.


Additional Information

  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is required.
