Job Description

We are seeking an Orthodontist for a 365-day assignment in Washington, starting Sep 1, 2026. This role involves diagnosing, adjusting, and managing a high volume of active orthodontic cases, specifically straightforward movements, Invisalign, clear, and traditional braces, with shifts from 8:00am to 4:00pm.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Diagnose, adjust, and manage a high volume of active orthodontic cases, averaging roughly 100 patients per day.
  • Oversee and adjust active treatments involving Invisalign, clear braces, and traditional metal braces.
  • Focus on straightforward orthodontic movements. The practice operates on a model that does not take on complex cases, meaning duties will center on efficient, standard adjustments and progressions.
  • Review and approve quick consultations for mild cases that have been pre-screened and prepped by the Treatment Coordinators (TCs).

  • Required Board Certifications: Orthodontics
  • Cases & Procedures: Mild to moderate cases only; the client does not handle complex cases.
  • Treatments: Invisalign, clear braces, and traditional metal braces.
  • Work environment: Open bay concept with 10 chairs, supported by a central Command Center to manage patient flow.
  • Schedule: Shifts from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
