Locum Tenens Physician - Otolaryngology/ENT Surgeon Needed in South Carolina

Our client in SC is seeking an Otolaryngology/ENT Surgeon Physician for a 26-day assignment, providing 24-hour weekend call coverage from Friday 7 AM to Monday 7 AM, including Thanksgiving weekend. This role involves rounding on inpatients and performing 2-4 surgeries, managing bread and butter adult and pediatric cases.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide 24-hour call coverage from Friday 7a to Monday 7a
• Round on inpatients
• Perform 2-4 surgeries per weekend
• Manage bread and butter adult and pediatric cases, including congenital issues, hearing loss, airway management, dizziness, and cancer screenings

Additional Information

• Board Certifications: Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery
• EMR: Epic
• Requirements: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Setting: Inpatient
• Call Schedule: Out of house call, 24 hr call weekend coverage
• Patients per day: 10-15 rounding, 2-4 surgeries
• LOA: 26 Days
• Staffing Mix: APPs, RNs, MAs
