Locum Tenens Physician - Pathologist Needed in North Carolina

We are seeking a dedicated Pathologist for a 120-day assignment in North Carolina. This role involves a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule with some night and weekend call. The successful candidate will manage inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities, including a variety of diagnostic procedures such as blood smears, body fluids, bone marrow, lymph node, extranodal lymphoma, and flow cytometry sign out.

Additional Information

• Board Certified in Hematopathology
• EMR: Epic
• Inpatient and Outpatient setting
• Out of house call is required
• LOA: 120 Days
• Staffing Mix: Our client has an established pathology program inclusive of 7 clinical pathologists, 11 surgical pathologists, and an AP/CP residency. The division accessions 26,000 cases annually, centralized in one tertiary care medical center laboratory. The facility is a Level 1 trauma, 974-bed hospital.
