Locum Tenens Physician - Pediatric Hospitalist Needed in North Carolina

Our client in North Carolina seeks a dedicated Pediatric Hospitalist Physician for a focused 3-day assignment. This role involves comprehensive 24-hour shifts, where you will manage emergency department calls and conduct essential patient rounds on the inpatient unit. You will be instrumental in providing continuous care within a supportive hospital environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide 24-hour emergency department call coverage.
• Conduct daily patient rounds on the inpatient floor.
• Manage an inpatient unit, typically overseeing an average of 5 patients within a 16-bed capacity.
• Fulfill responsibilities for rounding and being on call for the emergency department.
