Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Psychiatry Needed in California

Our client in California is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner - Psychiatry for a 60-day assignment. This role involves general forensic psychiatry within an inpatient IST forensic unit, where you will conduct 20-25 follow-up rounds daily. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 8am to 4:30pm, with an option for an every other week rotation.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform general forensic psychiatry duties within an inpatient IST forensic unit, specializing in cases of individuals incompetent to stand trial.
• Complete 20-25 follow-up rounds per day, working collaboratively under the supervision of an MD.
