Locum Tenens Physician - Radiologist Needed in West Virginia

Our client in West Virginia is seeking a dedicated Physician - Radiologist for a 90-day assignment. This role requires commitment to a Monday through Friday, 8a-5p schedule, necessitating at least one 40-hour week per month. The selected physician will focus on reading various cases, including CT and Nuc Med, primarily managing overflow, backlog, and emergency room reads, with an expected volume of 90-100 reads during an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform comprehensive reads of CT and Nuc Med studies.
• Adhere strictly to an 8-hour shift schedule, ensuring full availability.
• Manage and read from overflow, backlog, and emergency room queues during assigned shifts.
• Maintain a consistent volume of 90-100 reads per 8-hour shift.
• Interpret a diverse range of cases, including Neuro, CT, General, with a breakdown of approximately 70% ER, 10% MSK, and 20% Neuro.

• EMR: Epic, utilizing Fuji/Synapse PACS system.
• Work Setting: Clinic and Call environment.
• Call Schedule: No call required.
• Patient Volume: Anticipate 90-100 reads per 8-hour shift, with 60-70 RVUs.
