Locum Tenens Physician - Radiologist Needed in West Virginia

We are seeking a dedicated Radiologist Physician for a 100-day assignment in West Virginia. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 4p-12a, involving regular 8-hour shifts. The Physician will be responsible for reading a high volume of CT, Neuro, and ER studies, primarily from overflow, backlog, and emergency departments, with a focus on complex cases.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Read and interpret CT, Neuro, and ER studies
• Adhere to a consistent Monday through Friday, 4p-12a schedule for 8-hour shifts
• Perform high-volume reads, targeting 90-100 studies per 8-hour shift, including overflow, backlog, and ER cases
• Interpret a case mix of approximately 50% Neuro and 50% ER studies
• Evaluate complex cases across inpatient, outpatient, and STAT settings
• Read various imaging modalities including CT, Abdomen, Pelvis, and Chest

• LOA: 100 days
• EMR: Epic, with Fuji/Synapse PACS system
• Work Setting: Clinic and Call environment, supporting both inpatient and outpatient exams
• Patient Volume: 90-100 reads, 60-70 RVU per 8-hour shift
• Call Schedule: No call required
