Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Surgery - Trauma Needed in Washington

We are seeking a Trauma Surgery Nurse Practitioner for a 90-day assignment in Washington. This role involves managing 12-hour shifts, 3-4 times weekly, assisting with trauma response, admitting patients to the ICU, providing surgical assistance, and conducting post-discharge clinic duties.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Respond to traumas, potentially as the first responder if a trauma surgeon is in the operating room
• Admit patients to the ICU
• Provide surgical assistance and prepare for surgical procedures
• Manage a post-discharge clinic two days per week

• Required Board Certifications: Surgery
• EMR: Epic
• Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Setting: Inpatient
• Call Requirement: No call
• Patients Per Day: Approximately 18
• LOA: 90 Days
