Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care Needed in NJ

Job Description

We are seeking an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner for a 4-day assignment in New Jersey, starting Oct 10, 2026. The client requires a provider capable of managing urgent care cases, including COVID, performing suturing and splinting, and ensuring all patients are seen during 8 AM to 4 PM shifts. Timely and accurate chart completion within working hours is also essential.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide urgent care services, including COVID patient management.
• Perform suturing and splinting procedures as needed.
• Ensure all patients presenting are seen before closing hours (8 PM weekdays, 4 PM weekends).
• Complete, sign, and accurately diagnose all patient charts during working hours to prevent kickbacks.
