We are seeking an Urgent Care Physician Assistant for a 5-day assignment with our client in New Jersey, starting as early as Nov 26, 2023. The schedule involves specific dates throughout late 2023 and early 2024, with shifts typically from 8am to 3pm. This role focuses on managing urgent care cases, including COVID-related care, with essential duties like suturing and splinting. Candidates must be prepared to handle a high volume of patients, often as a sole provider, ensuring all individuals are seen before clinic closing.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide comprehensive urgent care services to patients of all ages.
Manage COVID-related patient care as required.
Perform suturing and splinting procedures effectively.
Operate as a sole provider in a high-volume urgent care setting.
Ensure all patients presenting before clinic closing times are seen and cared for.
