Locum Tenens Physician - Urologist Surgeon Needed in California

We are seeking a skilled Urologist Surgeon to join our client in California for a 35-day assignment. This role involves both clinic and call responsibilities, with specific call blocks from Oct 30 to Nov 6 and Dec 18 to Dec 25, operating 7a - 7a. The Physician will focus on general adult urology, performing procedures such as Aquablation, advanced endoscopic surgeries, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, biopsies, and ESWL. Fluoroscopy licensing is a must for this position.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform Aquablation procedures
• Utilize Fluoroscopy, requiring current licensing
• Provide general adult urology services, with minimal pediatric cases
• Conduct advanced endoscopic procedures
• Perform ureteroscopy
• Execute nephrectomy surgeries
• Perform prostatectomy surgeries
• Conduct biopsies
• Administer ESWL treatments

• Setting: Clinic and Call
• Call Schedule: Out of House Call, specific dates from Oct 30, 2024 to Nov 6, 2024 and Dec 18, 2024 to Dec 25, 2024 (7a - 7a)
• Patients per day: 12-15 consults/week and about 5-10 procedures/week
• LOA: 35 Days
