Locum Tenens Physician - Urologist Surgeon Needed in California

Our client in California seeks a skilled Physician specializing in Urology for a 60-day assignment. This role involves two weeks of clinic per month, with ideal call coverage being one weekend every one to two months or one night per week. The Physician will focus on clinic, call, and surgery, providing comprehensive urological care to patients.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive clinical urology services
• Conduct consultations and follow-up appointments
• Manage cases related to kidney stones and bladder infections
• Perform bread and butter urology procedures
• Execute vasectomy and cystectomy procedures in an outpatient setting
• Perform Robotic Surgery Cases

• EMR: Epic
• Required Certifications: Fluoroscopy Certification
• Requirements: Must have Epic experience or be tech savvy and a quick learner
• Setting: Clinic and Call
• Call Schedule: Out of House Call, flexible schedule; typically 1 weekday per week (7a-7a) and 1 weekend every 2 months (Friday 7a to Monday 7a)
• Patients per day: 12
• LOA: 60 Days
