Locum Tenens Physician - Urologist Surgeon Needed in OR

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Urologist to join our client in Oregon for a 40-day locum tenens assignment, commencing Dec 7, 2026. This Physician will manage a broad spectrum of urological cases, performing procedures such as orchiopexy, cystoscopy with various interventions, stone removal, and prostate biopsies. The role involves working structured 8-hour shifts, delivering essential patient care and contributing to the facilitys surgical team.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform various urological surgical procedures, including Orchiopexy (adult and pediatric).
• Conduct Cystoscopy with stenting, Botox injections, bladder biopsies, Mitomycin instillation, and Urolift procedures.
• Execute Dorsal SLIT and Transurethral Incision (TURBT, TURP) procedures.
• Perform Evacuation of clots and Excision of Cyst Mass (outpatient).
• Conduct Excision of condyloma and Excision of Spermatoceles.
• Execute Explantation of devices and Hydrocelectomy.
• Perform Hydrodistention of the bladder and Hydrocele Repair.
• Conduct Laser Lithotripsy and Ureteroscopy for stone removal.
• Perform Outpatient bladder irrigation and Outpatient Cystoscopy (with or without Botox).
• Conduct Outpatient Prostate Biopsy and Biopsy of the penis.
• Perform Sacral Neurostimulation (STAG and Modulation) and Transvaginal release.
• Manage Scrotal exploration following injury.
• Perform Cystoscopy with TOT sling and Suprapubic catheter placement.
• Execute Stone exit procedures and Excision of urethral cysts.
